I was in vacation for the last few weeks and noticed that I can’t send emails using outlook express thru my smart broadband connection (smartbro), but when sending emails via webmail they are being sent. Although I can receive emails… At first I think there was just few issues on my notebook, but when I went back to the office things are normal.
So It seemed that Smart Bro blocks the standard SMTP port 25.

Called their support and now I got a response saying they are only allowing outgoing connections through this port using their smtp server.
good enough for those who are using smart bro.
You may use smtp.smartbro.net as your smtp server.
